The product storage tank and the vertical continuos mixing head “Vertimix® patented Technology” are lodged in a single structure, constructed entirely in stainless steel AISI 304. The head’s vertical position permits to improve the product’s homogenization, with Gorreri's technology it is possible to obtain lower density, The mixing head is mounted in a horizontal position, providing a better distribution of the air inside the product.
The special head's design allows for also a better chilling effect and the counter flow of the cooling solution. The product's flow also improves 25% compared with the cooling of a traditional mixing head. Gorreri's TURBOMIXER are very effective to create foam in dairy creams with 25 to 100% animal fat thanks to the high speed unique mixing head design, turning at over 1,000 rpm. To help meet todays stringent Food Safety rules Gorreri has developed a Clean in Place (CIP) and Steam in Place (SIP) systems. To comply fully to the FDA rules, our machine are suitable for the confectionary and dairy industry.
