Its cantilevered design allows this machine to be used in many applications where a pan needs to be brushed and a release coating needs to be applied prior to the product being placed onto it. It can fit over an existing conveyor or we can incorporate it into a new design. Custom made width make it an excellent pan saving and cleaning device wherever a product is baked on a pan. |
