Conical Rounder
This machine perfectly rounds various types of dough due to its unikly designed shape of rounding track and cone. Both track and cone are made from cast aluminium, with the track being Teflon-coated. This arrangement gives exellent combination of friction and release properties, which enhances rounding process on any type of dough. This rounder may be used in combination with any volumetric divider, long loaf moulder or intermediate proofer. |
